| Polypropylene random copolymers are a type of polypropylene in which the basic structure of the polymer chain has been modified by the incorporation of a different monomer molecule. Ethylene is the most common comonomer used. This causes changes to the physical properties of the PP. In comparison with PP homopolymers, random copolymers exhibit improved optical properties (increased clarity and decreased haze), improved impact resistance, increased flexibility, and a decreased melting point, which also results in a lower heat-sealing temperature. At the same time they exhibit essentially the same chemical resistance, Temperature resistance – to +, water vapour barrier properties, and organoleptic properties (low taste and odour contribution) as PP homopolymer. |

General Features
- Exceptional corrosion & erosion resistance as PPRC is a polymer product, hence after installing PPRC just forget about corrosion problems & so it is a ideal product for various Chemical & other Fluid transmit application
- High chemical resistance power even at high temperature.
- Low Thermal Conductivity makes it an ideal Piping system where one needs to Control & Maintain the Temperature. Indeed it has the lowest Thermal Conductivity compared to any other polymers.
- Anti-Fungal & Non-toxic product, free from the growth of any bacteria.
- Leak-proof & airtight homogenous joints by fusion welding methods
- Negligible head loss, Minimum Pressure loss & Higher Flow Rate due to smooth internal surface & homogenous joints.
- Inherited characteristic of high impact strength makes its suitable for industrial application at unskilled labor region.
- Wide Temperature range: -40C to +950C (suitable for both hot & cold applications)
- Very low thermal loss, as PPR-C is poor conductor of heat & condensation.
- Trouble-free installation process & light in weight for transmit.
- Long Service life, above 50 years over a wide temperature range.
- Highly economical as compared to G. I., C. I., M. S., PVC and also CPVC.
- Superior Impact, Fracture Resistance & Minimum Crack Transmission due to Co-polymer with random
assortment.
- PPR-C being an Eco-Friendly product does not catches fire straightforwardly, indeed in case of fire it doesn’t produce toxic gases.

It is a tendency of all industries that they mostly use metal pipes (MS, GI, CI, SS) for each and every application, whether for hot or cold temperature. Whereas ANJNEY has developed PPRC Heat saving Pipes for different applications, through continuous Research and Development, and through practical experience. From the year 2003 to 2005, we have given free installations in many different industries and tested the suitability of our product practically. Then enhancing our product accordingly, we introduced the same into market. ANJNEY offers PPRC Heat Saving pipes with a challenge to save up to 60 % energy, in both cold and hot applications. So it is suitable for any type of corrosive fluid, chemical or water. In the last five years ANJNEY has completed 180 successful installations of Chiller and cooling tower, and about 280 successful installations in chemical, pharmaceuticals and dies industries.
|
| |
The pipes manufactured by other PPRC pipe manufacturers are only for plumbing / domestic application. ANJNEY has developed PPRC Heat Saving Pipes by special grade of raw material, specifically for industrial application, with the purpose of saving energy / maintaining temperature. By installing ANJNEY PPRC Pipes, industries can save up to 60 % energy, for cold or hot application.
ANJNEY Heat Saving Piping System |
Other PPRC Pipes & Fittings |
Specially developed for Chiller / Cooling tower / Corrosive Chemical transmit applications |
Developed mainly for plumbing applications |
Selection of special grade through continuous R & D which have least heat-loss property compared to all other polymer grade in the World |
Almost all other PPRC Pipes & Fittings manufacturers use regular grade of Co-polymer, which is developed for plumbing application |
ANJNEY Piping System offered for Cold and Hot fluid transmit. |
Other manufacturers offer PPRC Pipes & Fittings for plumbing application |
In last 4 years, ANJNEY Piping system is installed in more than 120 industries including reputed companies like Hindalco, GACL, Ciba, Asian Paints |
Other PPRC Pipes are used for domestic / plumbing applications only, no such industrial application might have been carried out |
ANJNEY has special double layer pipe with CBC (carbon black content) as the outer layer for UV resistance in outdoor applications |
Other Manufacturers provide multi layer pipes in which black layer is in middle, which does not serve the purpose of UV resistance, on the contrary, user is not ensured for the quality of triple layer pipe |
